Job Description

Currently, we are looking for Part-Time (work focused from January - October), Travel Merchandisers for our location in Georgia as well as other locations across the Southern United States. This position requires working 8-hour, day shifts to build and relocate/move store shelving units for our retail customers. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail and knowledge of merchandising tasks including resets, tagging, planogram reading, building displays, modifying shelving/gondolas, cleaning, facing, rotating stock, etc. You will enjoy this role if you like to build and organize items.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Merchandising or reading planograms (POGs) and understand how to read a map of the store fixture/gondola layout
  • Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to offered, but not required, job opportunities
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
  • Must be willing to work with a team
  • Must have the skills to use basic tools, build racks and displays for stores
  • Be able to operate skates and palate jacks to move product and shelves
  • Know how a modular section (MOD) works and how to build a MOD
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time




Salary Description
$16 - $22 per hour
