Job Overview

The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, ensuring that we attract and hire candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Offer and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
