We’re hiring for the Millwork Sales office at our Jaffrey home office and production location. The right candidate will have demonstrated customer service expertise, attention to detail, organization and time-management skills, ability to quickly learn software quoting programs, an eagerness to expand breadth of product knowledge, and a "can do" attitude.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

• timely response to homeowner and contractor walk-in and phone inquiries

• pre-qualification of projects and opportunities

• effective demonstration of product offerings and options

• window, door and millwork take-offs from customer provided drawings and specifications

• generation and presentation of quotes and proposals

• front line support for our outside salespeople and ten branch locations

• facilitating communication with production, warehouse and delivery dispatch

• helping monitor and maintain our sales office, showroom and literature areas

Working in a diverse environment is critical, as is the ability to function efficiently in a sometimes fast-paced setting!

Knowledge of residential construction is helpful, and prior experience with windows, doors and stair parts is ideal, but not required. Product offering includes Andersen, Marvin and Mathews Brothers (in stock and special order) brands as well as our in-house prehung interior and exterior doors.  Training is provided.
