Fleet Maintenance Mechanic
Description

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team. As the Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in top condition. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of vehicles and be able to diagnose and repair issues quickly and efficiently.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Perform routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on fleet vehicles

· Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns

· Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehicles

· Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns with fleet vehicles

· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

· Stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· CDL preferred ( Hilltop can assist with obtaining license)

· Completion of a vocational or technical program in automotive repair or related field

· Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
