Description

LucidHealth is seeking a motivated, experienced physician recruitment leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the full recruitment lifecycle to successfully identify, attract, and hire highly skilled radiologists to advance practice growth and clinical care strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute strategies and solutions to successfully recruit radiologists meeting annual targets and build a multi-year talent pipeline
  • Partner with practice leadership and the executive team to identify staffing needs as well as support practice initiatives
  • Own the entire lifecycle for physician recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screenings, interviews, contract negotiations, etc.)
  • Develop and track KPI’s needed to measure success of key initiatives and assess the overall health of the enterprise physician recruitment shared service function
  • Communicate on a regular basis the strategies, market insights, and overall progress of the physician recruitment function across all levels of leadership including the LucidHealth Board of Directors
  • Maintain a well-organized relationship management tool for all candidates as well as other technology-enabled solutions needed in support of the physician recruitment function
  • Build physician talent pipeline via marketing, events, and other specialty conferences
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
  • Act as a liaison for the candidate during the contracting process
  • Partner with marketing on social media campaigns and developing platforms. Drive external communications through social media efforts. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top residency and fellowship training programs to build future talent pipeline

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the onboarding & training, marketing & communications, human resources and credentialing teams
Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of previous recruitment experience; physician recruitment experience required, radiology experience is ideal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with physicians and business partners at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to function independently yet also work effectively on a team
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while achieving results in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Ability to problem-solve and generate creative solutions to recruitment challenges
