JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer responsible for creating compelling designs across email campaigns, websites, social media, and various marketing channels. This role includes developing videos, print ads, flyers, and conference banners to effectively promote our products. Ideal candidates will bring 6-10+ years of experience in corporate environments, blending expert design skills with a strong understanding of product marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Graphic Design
- Provide excellent graphic design as requested by internal stakeholders for email, social media, website, and various print collateral.
- Create social media posts for Outreach Inc. marketing and as for-sale products
Video Creation and Production
- Create and produce videos for use as instructional aids to customers, for marketing campaigns, product introductions, and other uses as needed
Systems Support
- Manage the design process, coordinate resources, and track progress throughout the design cycle.
- Responsible for cost and time control/accountability.
- Prepare, name, and store all files according to correct technical specifications and departmental procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Experience
- 6-10+ years experience in graphic design
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design, digital marketing, file management.
- Knowledge in all standard design systems, photography, typography, web and email design.
- Full understanding of all standard pre-press production needs for digital and print collateral.
- Knowledge of the Christian Church is a plus.
