We are looking for full time and part time medical and behavioral health professionals, including social workers, community health workers (CHWs), and case managers for two new programs: Health Yeah! an equity-centered mobile health program that travel to Albuquerque public schools and an inclusive substance use treatment program inside and outside of the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential required.
• Minimum of [2] years of experience working as a medical assistant in a clinical setting
• Experience working in primary care required
• Experience working in public health and infectious disease (eg HIV) preferred
• Valid BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, particularly when working with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations for street medicine outreach activities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and preventative measures (HIPAA confidentiality, infection spread, etc.)
• Demonstrated phlebotomy skills are required.
• having some type of child based care.
