About the Role

The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role within Educate 360’s Centralized Operations Department, responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and resource scheduling to meet the needs of both in-person and online classes. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail who can manage the allocation of instructors, classrooms, and educational resources across various modalities. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of Educate 360’s Project Management and Business Skills training programs, maintaining a consistent high standard of quality and compliance.

In this role, the Operations Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage logistics, optimize scheduling, and support the operational needs of the business. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex logistical challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. All responsibilities will be aligned with the objectives set by the Director of Operations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate resources (instructors, classrooms, and materials) for both in-person and online courses, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set by the Director of Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of class schedules, instructor assignments, and resource availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to conduct classes successfully.
  • Work with external partners, including venues and vendors, to ensure the appropriate setup for in-person classes.
  • Monitor operational metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot any operational issues or conflicts to minimize disruptions in class delivery.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, workshops, and other operational projects as needed.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency, in alignment with the objectives set by the Director of Operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or business preferred.
  • Experience in managing clerical or instructional staff, ideally within a customer service or educational environment.
  • Familiarity with working alongside a sales team is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in database software and standard office applications.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to make independent decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to handling operational challenges.
