As a Traveling Merchandiser Lead, you oversee your own team at all levels. It is your responsibility to guide, train and work with 6-12 crew members as they build out various retail locations with our many partners. Responsibilities include managing team members and maintaining accurate employee sign-ins and sign -outs, evaluating and assigning team member tasks, and encouraging your team to job completion. To accomplish these tasks, you will work directly with your team while ensuring crew safety as they move, build, tear down, and reposition beams and shelving in store bays; relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display; re-label shelves with new pricing labels; place products, information, signage, stickers, or other required materials in strict accordance with Planogram (POGs), photos or other written or verbal instructions.


All projects for this position are remote with an estimated 80-90% travel within your state and adjacent states, with approved fuel, toll and hotel expenses are reimbursed. All shifts vary and include days with possibility of overnight hours, Monday – Sunday. Required:

  • 1+ year(s) in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or related skill set in this industry, along with experience managing teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels, while meeting hours expectations and maintaining work quality and crew records.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Have your own reliable vehicle (not shared)
  • Available for varied shifts, including possibility for overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Available to travel within your state and surrounding states starting your first week. 
  • Must have the ability interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner
  • Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 10 hours a day
  • Able to pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds consistently, throughout your scheduled shift.
  • Willing and physically able to SAFELY climb ladders up to 20 feet high.
  • No pets or guests in hotel rooms. Hotel rooms are booked for double-occupancy (you will need to be willing to share a hotel with another team member of the same gender).

Pay:

  • Pay rates are based on experience and demonstrated skills ranging from $22 - $25 per hour
  • This is a project-based position; available hours vary. We assign more hours and more projects to those who excel in performance, reliability, availability, and willingness to travel.
  • Mileage reimbursement, mile maintenance account, paid hotels.

Salary Description
$22-$25 per hour
