By becoming a Business Development Manager (BDM) with S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC), your role will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to interested people to share our 30-minute presentation of how to invest in turnkey, hands-off, hassle-free, income producing apartment buildings.


Your job is not to sell our products, but to generate interest, curiosity and a desire to know more about our offering so that potential Investor-Purchasers will want to view the financial projections with one of our Regional Sales Directors.


The successful candidate will be an ambitious and driven individual that will bring a high degree of enthusiasm to utilize their strong interpersonal skills through social media and other forms of direct marketing to connect with potential Investor-Purchasers of our product. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

As a Business Development Manager, your potential to earn more than a 6-figure income is as simple as introducing people to our product.


Commission: By only introducing this opportunity to 15-20 or more people a week, our Regional Sales Directors will typically close enough deals for you to earn $2,000 to $12,000 per week. While you do not close the deals, your ability to generate quality, interested potential Investor-Purchasers directly affects your ability to consistently earn a significant income.


Salary and/or Promotion: This role is commission based only with no benefits. As a startup, there is a significant opportunity to move to a salaried or promoted position within the company very quickly. In addition, a successful BDM could be promoted to Regional Sales Director in as little to 90 to 120 days, if they have the proper skills and background.

Company Computer: Once hired and after completing onboarding, SCDC will ship to you a company-issued laptop computer with all necessary programs and software to execute your daily workload. You will be responsible for providing a reliable, high speed internet service and private working environment to conduct our proprietary SCDC presentations.


The company is in early stages of growth. This current stage will offer incredible opportunities of career ascension for accomplished individuals. You could, for example, grow to be a Regional Sales Director, a C-Suite leader, and/or as we will be opening multiple offices across the country, you can build your own career at your own pace within one of our multiple vertically integrated subsidiaries.


ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Strong presence in social media networks and/or fast learning capabilities to become highly engaged in social media activities across 7 platforms within a few days from employment. (Sufficient training will be provided).
  • A natural prospecting based, self-starting person with a track record of generating leads via social media, internal and external networks, and other means without supervision.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Represent SCDC and our brand with the highest degree of integrity, ethics, and professionalism to present via videoconference our company products/services to new clients/investor-purchasers.
  • Must wear professional business attire during agreed upon work hours.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but relevant experience accepted in lieu of education.
  • This role is 100% remote.
