Asana Partners seeks a driven, creative, and dynamic individual to join the marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this position, you will work closely with the Director – Marketing to provide comprehensive support in developing, managing, and optimizing marketing materials, workflows, and operations to ensure brand consistency, project efficiency, and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-orientated, highly responsive with excellent interpersonal and project management skills, and maintains a strong bias for action. This individual has a proven track record of working collaboratively with a variety of personalities against rapid and frequently competing deadlines. This individual is also a critical thinker, adept at creative problem solving and understands the importance of asking the “why” before the “how.”

Marketing Support
- Assist in the development, production, and distribution of various marketing materials
- Organize and maintain a high volume of digital assets and marketing collateral in a shared drive
- Ensure marketing resources, information systems, and digital assets are up-to-date, organized, and accessible
- Track and manage the overall inventory of branded merchandise and request process
- Assist in the management and maintenance of corporate and property-level social accounts & platforms
- Ensure uniformity in messaging and visuals across all marketing materials, platforms, and branded assets
- Provide ad hoc support for firm activities related to conferences and other events
Project Management
- Manage a fluctuating marketing workflow: tracking progress, communicating status, and meeting deadlines
- Coordinate across internal departments and with external vendors and property management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and successful execution of marketing efforts
Operational Support
- Research, build, and implement new workflow processes and software to drive efficiencies and improve internal visibility of the marketing team projects
- Develop and document internal processes and training materials to foster marketing operational excellence
- Create strategies around the organization and management of marketing collateral
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage a high volume of tasks concurrently, prioritizing as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, proficient in spelling, grammar, punctuation and style
- Creative with a basic understanding of design elements for creating visually appealing deliverables
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Prior experience with website and / or social platform management & reporting preferred
- Some fluency in, or ability to quickly learn, basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred
