With our continued expansion and growth, we have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Relationship Representative at our Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.


The Customer Relations Representative will be a National Account Associate on the Customer Care Team. This includes providing a positive customer experience, long-term solutions, creating a customer partnership, and representing Vortex Industries LLC with the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with the company’s top customers.   

  • Proactively delivers superior customer service in response to customer calls, correspondence, and e-mails.  
  • Develops a partnership with the customer to understand their needs to keep their multi-site locations safe, secure, and compliant with various codes and regulations.
  • Partners with local service centers as a liaison between the accounts and Vortex.
  • Manage national account customers who have orders, need estimates, or require information about products/services.  
  • As part of the team, you will answer incoming emails and phone calls to help customers and service centers
  • Conduct  regular KPI calls with the customer and service centers
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  • Ensure constant communication with team members and customers.
  • Ensures accurate data entry into the customer accounts and databases.
  • Ensure timely completion of work through critical thinking skills, prioritization, and multitasking.  
  • Prepares and presents quotes to national account customers including follow up.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the outlined experience level, education, training, minimum years of experience, product, or industry knowledge plus any certifications to be considered.

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree required (GED).
  • One (1) – Three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Experience with customer facing roles in retail, restaurant, hospitality is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.

Work Environment and Safety Equipment Required: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Shift will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
  • Must have the ability to walk short distances.
  • Noise level is moderate in an office environment.

This position is located in Irvine and not a remote position.
