Description

Tire Tracks - Wilmington, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Wilmington communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. In this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.


EARN:  $17 - $24.50 per hour plus monthly incentives. 


HOURS:  M-F:  8AM-5PM CST 


LOCATION:  507 W Baltimore, Wilmington, IL 60481

Requirements
  • Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
  • MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
  • Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
