Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Franchise Sales Representative to join our growing, multi-state title and settlement support organization. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our first-to-market title agency franchise model across Florida. As the face of our franchise sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchisees who align with our vision and business goals. The Franchise Sales Representative will work closely with senior leadership and franchise development teams to drive business growth, while also serving as a trusted consultant and guide to prospective franchise owners. This role requires a deep understanding of the title insurance industry and the ability to communicate the value and benefits of our franchise offering. Success in this position will require building strong relationships with potential franchisees, managing a structured sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience for new franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential franchisees to expand our title agency franchise network.
  • Present the financial and operating principles of our model to potential franchise owners, explaining the benefits, requirements, and support provided.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective franchisees to provide detailed information about the franchise opportunity.
  • Guide franchise prospects through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signing franchise agreements, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and franchise sales growth.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and maintain regular communication with prospects, providing timely follow-up and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal or external marketing resources to create and update sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in industry regulations to refine sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential franchisees and promote the agency’s franchise opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding new franchisees and ensure a smooth transition into the network by providing support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Florida Residency required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, or a similar role within the real estate, title insurance, or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, especially in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade potential franchisees.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work independently, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of the real estate or title insurance industry.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the franchise sales process, including franchise disclosure documents and legal compliance within the real estate, title insurance, or related industry.
  • Knowledge of franchise disclosure laws and experience working with legal teams on franchise agreements.


Salary Description
$60k Base + Unlimited Commission
