Work Schedule:

• Monday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Thursday: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Fridays: 1-2 Fridays per month, 7 AM - 12 PM

Salary Range: $58-$61 per hour plus daily bonuses

• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Local Anesthesia Permit
• iTero experience is a plus but is not required
