We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in managed services to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling managed services, technology solutions, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, or Arizona
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments, with a focus on selling managed services such as infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud services
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Solution Selling: Understand client business needs and present our services and solutions that align with their technology strategy and goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activity in CRM systems, providing accurate forecasts and reporting to leadership on sales performance.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an account manager or account executive role, ideally selling managed services (infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, etc.).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on new business development and growing existing accounts.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
