What You’ll Do

As part of our Reactivation Team, you will play a crucial role in retaining and renewing our members' health insurance policies.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on our products and services to retain and renew health insurance policies.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members through transparent communication and excellent service.
• Collaborate with team leaders to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless service processing.
• Cross-sell a wide range of products to meet the diverse needs of our members.
• Conduct outbound retention and renewal calls to both members and carriers.
• Assist members with their policies through inbound calls and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Approach service with empathy, integrity, and professionalism while staying informed on industry innovations.

What You Bring

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses in states like AL, FL, GA, TX, VA, and more.
• At least 1 year of experience with ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans preferred.
• Superior communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus, but not required.
