The Warehouse Loader/CLD License is responsible for stacking or moving cabinets in proper order in the warehouse and verifying complete shipments while loading trailers. Other duties will include moving empty and loaded trailers in and out of the loading bays. This position will roughly be 80% truck loading and 20% moving trailers.
CDL is required to apply
1st Shift Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates the Dura Supreme yard truck safely.
- Moves trailers from the shipping bays to the yard and back to the bays when the Lead or Shipping Manager make requests.
- Loads trailers and verifies all cabinets and parts are on the correct trailer for proper shipment and delivery
- Fills in as an Intown Driver as needed and makes deliveries to assigned locations.
- Works in assigned position within the shipping department when business needs are present and no trailers need to be moved.
- Participates and contributes to a Work Team environment and following quality control checks.
- Follows all Safety Rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
- High School education or more than six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Completed Driver Qualification training.
- Good driving record- driving record will be ran for employment.
- Must have current Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement and be able to obtain a current DOT Health Card.
