WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Fintech Partnership Manager II, you will proficiently oversee and grow the bank's fintech partnerships, and assist in launching new partners and existing partner's new products and features. You will assist in ongoing relationship management activities and act as the main liaison between the bank and its partners, making sure their goals, needs, and plans align with the bank's services and objectives.
HOW YOU'LL DO IT
- Forges and nurtures strong relationships with Fintech Partners, serving as the primary advocate and liaison for our programs.
- Coordinates with internal teams and stakeholders to implement new products or initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and prevent duplicate requests from internal teams.
- Proactively manages program changes and performance optimization to deliver a world-class partner experience.
- Must be proficient at the use of various tools (Microsoft Suite, project management tools, etc.) to track data and organize requests, conduct reviews, and manage escalations and issues.
- Is proficient at influencing decision-making processes that drives partner initiatives across the organization.
- Proficiently Documents processes and leads the onboarding of new fintech partners and products, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Lead and document meetings and build cross-functional relationships with both internal and external organizations.
- Develop comprehensive launch checklists in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring thorough preparation and execution of program launches.
- Manages partner issues and escalations, and issue resolution to maintain program integrity and partner satisfaction. Be able to identify when leadership involvement is needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Finance, IT or Business Development or equivalent work experience.
- 3 plus years proven experience in Relationship and Program Management, preferably in BaaS, fintech and/or banking.
- Experience working on cross-functional and/or cross-team projects preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and program management software and tools to facilitate efficient program planning, tracking, and reporting.
