Description

Lupoli Companies is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure the comfort and safety of our clients and tenants.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize daily activities by reviewing work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings and blueprints and gathering required tools and materials to complete work.
  • Install/maintain/repair building HVAC systems to include compressors, condenser, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing and related components, complete power connections.
  • Test and repair environmental systems by operating the systems, identifying malfunctions, repairing or replacing sealants, parts and components.
  • Maintain tools and operating equipment to always ensure fully functional; ability to troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain respective supplies, conduct preventive maintenance and call for repairs whenever necessary.
  • Update equipment records, document actions etc.
  • Travel between multiple locations when required; company vehicle provided.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards, procedures and complying with legal regulations at all times.
Requirements

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance environment.
  • MA HVAC license.
  • Technical, vocational or on the job training in HVAC, minor electrical and routine preventative maintenance experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in multiple areas of maintenance include HVAC, electrical, building EMS, minor fabrication and other building system maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Computer literate; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook, electronic work order and preventative maintenance systems.
  • Valid, reputable driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; 100 pounds on occasion.
  • Demonstrated success in this capacity.
