About Abett
Abett envisions a world where everyone has access to high quality, affordable, and timely healthcare. We exist to build innovative solutions that deliver transparency, accountability, and competition to the healthcare system.
The flow of healthcare data is complex and messy. Employers are the key consumer of healthcare in the US, but historically, they could not leverage their benefits plan data. The Abett Lockbox empowers employers to take control of their data and achieve better outcomes, lower costs, and less headache for their benefits staff and plan members.
Our Problem
Why are we hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, with a specific focus on developing Power BI interfaces and DAX programming?
- Abett’s clients are large, US-based employers. They use Abett’s signature product, the Lockbox, to aggregate and manage a broad array of benefits plan data. This includes individual-level information from the HRIS and other internal HR systems; benefits eligibility systems; claims data from third-party administrators and pharmacy benefits managers; and “activity” data from point solutions and other plan vendors.
- In light of our expanding analytic offerings, Abett is continuing to invest time and resources into user-facing analytic platforms that enable our clients to access and engage with their healthcare claims, point solutions, and HRIS data wholistically.
We are hiring a BI Analyst, with a specific focus on developing Power BI interfaces and DAX programming, to develop template reports for core healthcare topics, and to help key enterprise clients design customized reports. This analyst would work with our existing Power BI developer as a member of our Health Economics and Outcome Research team.
