Job Summary: The Vice President of Strategic Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve our company's growth objectives, including the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand and PR strategy. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Product Development and will work closely with product development and the leadership team to drive revenue growth through cost effective new customer, cross-sell, and retention marketing strategies and establish Barcoding, Inc. as an industry leader. The Vice President of Strategic Marketing will be efficient and effective in leading product marketing strategies across the company.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
· Overseeing planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives
· Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
· Direction over effective execution of marketing plans.
· Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Brand Management:
· Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including social media and online marketing.
Market Research & Analysis:
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Use insights from market research to drive strategic decisions and marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Campaign Development:
· Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
· Oversee the development of creative content, including advertising materials, promotional activities, and digital content.
Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Monitor expenditures and evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Team Management:
· Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Recruit, train, and retain top marketing talent.
Stakeholder Communication:
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
· Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior executives and other stakeholders.
Innovation & Trends:
· Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
· Implement innovative approaches and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.

· Implement product marketing strategies (packaging, pricing, positioning), content marketing, and go-to-market plans to increase ARR and multi-product adoption.
· Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve goals.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers.
· Lead demand generation efforts through various channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and advertising.
· Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
· Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Office/Warehouse environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
· Private Equity experience
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
