Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing and consulting firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.


Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we are a 4x Inc. 5000 company and a Certified Great Place to Work, with more than 2,000 team members in the Philippines, Colombia, Eastern Europe, and the U.S.


The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. You will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and help create new business opportunities. This position is crucial to building a pipeline of high-value prospects for Peak Support.

Responsibilities 

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. 
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the challenges and opportunities within prospect organizations. 
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team. 
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the lead generation process. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of Peak Support’s services to articulate value propositions to potential clients. 


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. 
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
