The Product Manager is responsible for defining viable solutions that meet customer needs and supporting development across the product life cycle. They set the business priorities for agile teams during PI (Program Increment) Planning events and provide guidance on defining features for implementation. They connect directly with customer stakeholders to ensure value is being delivered throughout the release.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Defining product release strategy, direction, and roadmaps
- Collaborating with other product managers, product owners, solution architects, customers, and implementers to identify and prioritize requirements
- Leading requirements definition and harvesting sessions
- Documenting business requirements in features and user stories
- Serving as Product Manager for several agile development teams
- Providing direction to product owners, business analysts, and agile development teams
- · Writing requirements to support testing, training, and documentation teams
- Creating materials to support user guide and training course development
- Developing materials to support partners, sales, marketing, customers, and product information sessions.

- B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience
- Strong communication with technical and functional teammates
- Experience analyzing and mapping out user stories and associated development efforts
- Produces high quality materials and deliverables independently
- Experience developing requirements with stakeholders, developing user stories, managing product backlog refinement with the development team
- Ability to lead customer and partner facing meetings independently
- 7+ years’ experience implementing enterprise applications
Or
- 4+ years Property Tax collections, Integrated Tax, or applicable business domain and business process subject matter expertise
- Participates in RFI and RFP responses, authoring high quality original content as required
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) organization as a Product Owner or Product Manager including participating in PI (Program Increment) Planning events.
- SAFe PO/PM Certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
