Description

Overall Position Purpose

The Manager Portfolio Customer Marketing position exists to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness for Inteleos customers by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies and initiatives for the assigned customer segments and product portfolios. This position defines product positioning, messaging, customer retention, and differentiation strategies that resonate with customers and drive adoption of our products. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging market & customer experience (CX) insights, the Manager Portfolio Customer Marketing plays a critical role in maximizing the impact and success of our products ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and organizational growth. The Manager Portfolio Customer Marketing will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-specific marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for healthcare professional-targeted products;
  • Create go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, including product messaging, promotion, and distribution strategies; 
  • Supervise and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance on project execution, professional development, and performance management to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives;
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies for sonographer-targeted products;
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and sales tools, including emails, brochures, presentations, case studies, and web content, to support business development efforts and drive customer engagement;
  • Work with the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) team to assist in developing educational and training materials for healthcare professionals, including webinars, workshops, and online courses, to increase product knowledge and usage;
  • Manage the marketing budget for portfolio-specific initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals;
  • Partner with Director and other Portfolio Customer Marketing Managers to integrate portfolio-specific initiatives into broader customer marketing programs and campaigns;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and metrics related to portfolio performance, such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and engagement;
  • Use insights from performance data to inform and adjust future marketing strategies and tactics; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Environment

  • Works under executive guidance, with considerable latitude in determining work objectives.

Work Environment 

The incumbent will work at a desk in an office environment or an approved remote location. This position may require evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional travel. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in related field; 
  • Minimum of seven years Digital Marketing experience; 
  • Minimum of three years in Portfolio Marketing in Healthcare Industry; 
  • Minimum of three years in a direct management role; and
  • Project management experience in a multi-project environment.

Required Qualifications/ Skills

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth;
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate teams for effective campaign execution;
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the sonographer segment, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics (G4), WordPress, and Tableau to interpret data, analyze trends, and inform strategies;
  • Experience developing marketing materials for product training and educational initiatives, including emails, web content, presentations, and blogs;
  • Proficiency in CRM databases and email marketing software, with a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering open communication and a positive, inclusive working environment;
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative, results-driven culture; and
  • Proven project management skills with familiarity in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
