- Leadership: Have a genuine desire to bring Christ-honoring and uplifting leadership to the school, staff, parents, and students. Demonstrate this leadership in athletics and physical education.
- Professionalism: Display a clear ability to interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and as a member of the school staff team.

- Coaching/Teaching Experience: Experience coaching or teaching, preferably at a Christian school.
- Extensive experience in school-based athletic programs, including 5 years of progressive responsibility, working within the school community and other athletic organizations.
