We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all parts and products adhere to the highest standards of quality both within our facility and as they leave our premises. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by implementing rigorous quality control processes, conducting detailed inspections, and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

3. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

4. Analyze data from quality checks to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.

6. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.

7. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.

8. Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.

9. Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related queries and concerns.

10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

3. Certifications in quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) would be an advantage.
