  • Experience managing all service department functions, including scheduling, coaching, and problem-solving

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Installation, Warehouse, and Training Managers to achieve company goals
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and elevate the client experience

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations of the HVAC team
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Fieldwork: Assist technicians on-site as needed
  • Organize team meetings and manage technician training and development
  • Identify and implement service delivery improvements
Requirements

What You Need:

  • Leadership skills or the desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn HVAC service management software (e.g., Service Titan)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
  • Field experience in HVAC is a plus
