What We’re Looking For:

- Experience managing all service department functions, including scheduling, coaching, and problem-solving
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- A creative thinker who can develop strategies to maximize department revenue
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Installation, Warehouse, and Training Managers to achieve company goals
- Ability to resolve customer issues and elevate the client experience
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations of the HVAC team
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Fieldwork: Assist technicians on-site as needed
- Organize team meetings and manage technician training and development
- Identify and implement service delivery improvements
What You Need:
- Leadership skills or the desire to grow into a leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn HVAC service management software (e.g., Service Titan)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
- Field experience in HVAC is a plus
