Position Overview

Linqto is looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for executing personalized sales communications across multiple channels (email, push, in-app) using Braze. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with extensive experience in omni-channel marketing strategies, a strong command of Liquid syntax, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in ideating and executing daily sales campaigns to nurture our existing user base and increase engagement. This position requires technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all campaigns are executed flawlessly.


Key Responsibilities

-Campaign Development & Execution: Design, build, and deploy daily sales communications using Braze, leveraging Liquid Syntax to deliver personalized and relevant messages.

-Omni-Channel Strategy: Create and optimize omni-channel campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages to engage users at every touchpoint.

-Content Personalization: Utilize Liquid Syntax to develop dynamic, data-driven content tailored to individual users’ behaviors and investment interests.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Growth, Legal, Design, and Product teams to align messaging and ensure campaigns support broader business objectives.

-Performance Optimization: Set up and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

-Lifecycle Campaign Creation: Manage user journeys, including onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement flows, ensuring seamless user experiences across all channels.

-Project Management: Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with project goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience of working with an enterprise level Email Service Provider (Braze preferred)

-3+ years of content marketing experience

-1+ year of experience in utilizing Liquid Syntax

-Experience executing event triggered automated workflows and user journeys

- Strong understanding of omni-channel strategies and execution pertaining to email, push, in-app, and SMS.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including A/B testing and optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus

-Familiarity with Figma

-Working knowledge of project management software such as Notion

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

-Strong copywriting skills are a plus

-Braze Certified Marketer certification

- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Compensation: $90K-$120k commensurate on experience.


Salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Linqto’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
