About the Position
Grey Oaks Country Club, a prestigious Club in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Spa Receptionist who will enthusiastically greet our members and guests and assist them with their needs. In this role you would be interacting with members and guests in-person, on the phone and by email.

About You
You are an outgoing and personable professional with a background in customer service, member services, and/or general administrative duties coupled with an interest in the hospitality industry. You are adept at effectively communicating with all types of people. You are organized, a problem solver, and highly proactive. You understand that service is at the heart of your job.

- Responsible for greeting all members and guests and directs inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Must understand all activities and programming within Wellness & Spa.
- Ensures scanning and check in of all members and guests, manually entering information if necessary.
- Greet and welcome members by name when possible, and with a smile upon arrival.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Ability to act with a sense of urgency and be calm under pressure
- Assists with Member/Guest check-in for services and activities, providing members with a personalized welcome experience
- Familiarity of phone systems with multiple lines and functions in answering, retrieving voicemail messages and routing calls
- Assist Members and executive team with clerical tasks (i.e, typing, scanning, printing, filing, editing documents, mailing packages)
- Create guest passes for members.
- Receive and sort all mail, directly to the appropriate team member.
- Communicate with departments to keep track of events and daily operations (i.e, BEOS, Events calendar, event details, hours of operations) to ensure accurate and consistent information for members and guests.
- Ability to retain names and Club information and respond to members by name and inform them of Club events and activities.
- As a part-time team member, you may be expected to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled by your supervisor.
- Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional administrative and/or receptionist position
- Experience working at high end private club, Spa or in the hospitality industry desired
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel - knowledge of NorthStar and/or Asset Essentials is plus.
