Account Executives from Mid-Market to Enterprise drive sales and profitability objectives for their designated sales territories. They will prospect, consult, and sell to Fire, EMS or Healthcare and Hospital markets, within a specified geographic territory spanning several states. In this role, you will learn to take full ownership over a territory, develop sales plans and strategies, and become accustomed to identifying all types of opportunities and converting them into tangible, long term pipeline and revenue.


Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the ImageTrend products. Reps can grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to the team’s success.


What You'll Do: 

  • Contributes to the success of the assigned territory goal by managing full cycle sales from discovery to negotiation and closing, selling both transactional and multi-year deals to existing clients and new prospect accounts
  • Achieves or exceeds an annual sales quota goal as stipulated in the Sales Compensation Plan incentive agreement
  • Strategically and proactively prospects into accounts and key decision makers within their territory
  • Clearly articulates and demonstrates our value proposition, creating excitement, urgency and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Creates and delivers accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management, including maximizing, capturing, maintaining, and reporting pertinent sales data in CRM and to management as requested, including:
  • a. Enter and maintain leads, accounts, and opportunity information
  • b. Manage contacts, lists, and duplicates
  • c. Accurately forecast owned opportunities
  • d. Move sales stage cycles accurately and verified through Gong
  • Builds strong relationships internally and communicates collaboratively, efficiently, effectively, and timely with other team members, cross-functional colleagues or other stakeholders involved with assigned territory and accounts to identify and execute new opportunities, develop sales growth strategies and ensure retention of key clients, and to share best practices
  • Shows proficiency and knowledge of ImageTrend products for their territory vertical, as well as adjoining solutions in the portfolio
  • Demonstrates the ability to independently perform a complete product demo
  • Drives discovery and direction related to all RFP’s inside the designated territory
  • Collaborates with marketing, proposals and contracts teams, sales advisors and engineers, or other team members for needs related to RFP responses and sales presentations
  • Travels to orientation, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven sales experience required, preferably in public safety/healthcare industry and/or SaaS selling environments
  • Experience with CRM software for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and the proven ability to present, influence, negotiate and persuade key stakeholders and decision makers, along with a passion to make a positive community impact
  • Proven track record in driving successful sales growth by managing and developing an assigned territory with a strategic plan for prospecting
  • Self-starter who can work effectively and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
  • High self-motivation and strong goal-orientation with the ability to operate independently and follow through until desired outcomes are achieved with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer and Microsoft Office suite skills required, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and guidance from senior team members
  • Familiarity with Sandler Selling preferred, or experience with other consultative sales methodologies
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, with additional travel as needed
