As a Host for Cellar Hand, you will help provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and responding to voicemails and relating any necessary information to management
• Proactively assigning tables based on rotation and guest preference
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries in a friendly and positive manner
• Greeting all guests with a warm smile and welcome
• Assisting in clearing and setting tables as necessary to accommodate seating
• Participating in teamwork and stay motivated and busy during down times
• Completing daily and weekly sidework in addition to opening and closing procedures in a timely manner
• Adhering to the uniform and hygiene policy as dictated by management
• Inviting guests back upon departure
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Following all safety procedures
• Ensuring that menus are clean and presentable and communicate with management on needs
• Recognizing and assisting in building a regular clientele and VIP list
• Maintaining ambiance
• Being knowledgeable of our food and beverage offerings
• Performing restroom checks and notifying Utility of any needs

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous work experience as a Host or Server
• Experience in managing reservations
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, some evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Part-time employment

Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour
