Position Overview:
As a remote part-time Junior Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our executive team in the fast-paced IT industry. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining a zero inbox, coordinating schedules, managing travel arrangements, and tracking deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain a zero inbox for executives, prioritizing emails and ensuring prompt responses.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Manage and track deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
- Task Management:
- Monitor and track executive tasks, prompting reminders for deadlines and important activities.
- Create and maintain systems for tracking progress on key projects and initiatives.
- Communication:
- Serve as a support liaison between executives and other staff, fostering clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impede the executive team’s efficiency.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and address them proactively.

Compensation: Minimum Wage to Start
Qualifications:
- Must work two consistent days per week during business hours.
- Days you choose to work must remain consistent.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office). Will train on project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
