Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock and set up stations with all supplies necessary

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for service

Cook items in the menu in cooperation with the rest of the culinary team

Clean up stations and take care of leftover food

Ensure that the food comes out with high quality and in a timely fashion


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS


Food handler's certificate


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Organized and pays keen attention to detail

Can work with minimum supervision

Can coordinate with other cooks and restaurant staff

Can function well under stress

Accuracy and speed in completing tasks

Willing to work on evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
