The Practice Consultant is responsible for communicating with clients on service delivery issues as well as provide assistance on day-to-day inquires. This role will proactively consult with clients on program success and strategize with clients on ways to help ensure the clients obtain World Class service by performing the following duties personally or though subordinates.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Communicate on a daily basis with clients. Resolving issues relating to product system features, functionality and client product knowledge.
- Developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships by building trust with our clients' key decision makers to drive client satisfaction. Possessing a complete understanding of our clients' business objectives, strategic direction and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value to the client. Retain clients by monitoring Medusind performance and overall account analysis.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to meet the needs of clients.
- Assess business practices and providing insight based on industry trends. Ability to work under aggressive deadlines. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes.
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in Wound care & Skilled Nursing.
- Proven experience in a busy practice.
- Experience with Kareo.
- Medical Billing and Collections experience.
- Outstanding analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop a highly collaborative environment.
- Ability to interact knowledgeably with clients; demonstrated ability to work effectively with and support the needs of Clients.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - required.
