Starting Salary: Inspections Coordinator - $44,844- $53,832 annually ($23.00 -$27.60 per hour), plus benefits

As an EHA Inspections Coordinator, you will join a team dedicated to ensuring that the housing units that EHA’s program participants live in are healthy, safe, and properly maintained. This position works directly with housing owners, program participants, and EHA staff to ensure that housing units comply with the federal inspections protocols and EHA policy. This position will work collaboratively with the inspections team to continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide seamless customer service.

This is fast-paced work applying technical knowledge of a federal program, and the position requires driving within Snohomish County.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Two years of paid experience performing office work.
  • Two years of paid computer work experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OF/SKILL IN:

  • Excellent composition, grammar, spelling, and math skills.
  • Proficient use of personal computer and software programs including Office 365 and Yardi.
  • Flexibility in learning new procedures, functions, and tasks.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills

REQUIRED ABILITY TO:

  • Keyboarding/Typing 50 wpm
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Work professionally with clients, co-workers, and the public.
  • Speak, write and understand English and follow oral and written directions.
  • Proficiently use computer.
  • Perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.
  • Develop letters, memoranda, and reports using grammatically correct English.
  • Learn new computer applications as needed to perform job functions, for example, database management and report generators.
