Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internet incoming leads and phone calls. Candidate must be able to generate at least 40+ appointments and 15-20 sales per month through internet leads, email, phone calls, text messages, etc.
  • Be available to respond to email, phone, and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients.
  • Understands and implements the dealership sales process.
  • Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.


Requirements


  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in internet automotive sales.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • The willingness to continually follow up with customers.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Weekends are required




Salary Description
18.55 hour/earned commissions and bonuses
