 We are seeking an experienced  Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing HR Team. This position is responsible for shaping our network team and culture by partnering with leaders to align our values and mission with all talent needs. Responsible for entire recruitment process including sourcing top talent, evaluating candidates, and leading the offer process across a variety of roles. Beyond recruiting, this role spearheads initiatives to onboard, orient and engage employees across our network via recognition and education. Leads same activities for all acquired practices and affiliations. Ensures operational efficiency, drives data-backed decision making, and leads impactful change as we grow.  


Brief Discerptions of Duties:


  • Executes entire recruitment process from recommending strategies to sourcing top talent, evaluating candidates, and leading the offer process across a variety of roles including Physician, Advance Practice, Leadership, Professional, RN, MA and more.
  • Sources, recruit, and hire top talent across our growing Roswell Park Care Network. 
  • Builds exceptional partnerships across all levels of the organization in order to support our Network’s various needs. 
  •  Provides data driven insights   and analytics to evaluate recruiting performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring strategies to meet our goals.
  •  Collaborates with hiring managers across the organization to implement hiring strategies, including pre-recruiting research and preparation, conducting effective kickoff meetings, aligning on candidate criteria, and effectively managing the offer process.
  • Develop a robust and continuous talent pipeline.
  • Manages monthly talent, recruitment metrics.
  • Manages Paylocity and all job boards and recruitment tools ensuring proper configuration, ongoing maintenance, and compliance to implement processes and best practices.
  • Communicates professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
  • Ensures a positive recruiting experience with internal partners and candidates.
  • Drives hiring manager engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, candidate quality, surveys, education and demonstrating your recruiting expertise to build trust as a strategic advisor.
  •  Subject matter expert in the areas of healthcare talent space maintaining current with all business news as it relates to the recruiting landscape (talent market), industry/analyst information.   
  • Drives brand alignment, campaigns in person and on line. 
  • Establishes pipelines and liaison to all applicable schools for both short and long term recruitment. 
  • Champions internal growth and development of employees.
  •  Updates HRIS as needed to support a positive experience for all candidates and employees from recruitment to hire to onboarding to orientation. 
  • Manages onboarding experience via HRIS Paylocity and best in class process that is smooth and efficient.  
  • Ensures compliance with all new employee tasks and a complete new hire file. Collaborates with IT and hiring manager to  ensure new hire is set up for a great first day. 
  •  Leads recruitment events including job fairs and school visits.
  • Promotes company Employee Referral Program. Accurately track employee referral program and timely payout of   referral bonuses.
  • Tracks compliance in the HR system for new hire checklist completions. Completes Form I-9 audits; reconciles foreign national work authorization expirations with payroll data; maintains public access files for H-1B filings; tracks cultural immersion activities   for Exchange Visitor program; reviews and purges visa program files.
  • Key contributor to the development and implementation of ongoing new hire   orientation including design, schedule, materials and facilitation.
  • Manages attendance, participation, feedback and process improvement. 
  •  Presents new employee orientation along with others.
  • Creates  process to hand off new employee to hiring manager with a department level  orientation checklist ensuring successful assimilation. 
  • Manages new hire survey process.
  • Champions HR Projects and committees to drive learning, engagement, and recognition of employees. 
  • Liaison to network affiliates.
  • Leads critical recruitment, onboarding and orientation areas of acquisitions 
  • Enhances professional growth and development by participating in educational programs, reading current literature, and participating in in-service meetings and workshops
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 



Requirements

  Education:

  •  Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred


Certifications/Licenses:

  • PHR or other a plus

Previous Experience:


  • 5+ years of in-house full life cycle healthcare recruiting and onboarding experience. Physician Practice and/or Oncology a plus. Third part or agency recruitment and placement background a plus.
  • Mergers and acquisitions experience a plus.
  • Strong HRIS, ATS and overall Talent Platform experience required. Paylocity preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of successfully filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to work in fact paced environment.
  • Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  •  Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, collaborative, productive relationships
  • High business acumen with the ability to articulate our job openings clearly to candidates and lead intelligent conversations with hiring managers.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee information
  • Strong familiarity utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, boards, referrals and third party.
