Description

 We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Growth Specialist to join our team and help fuel our growth through meaningful connections and sales initiatives. The Growth Specialist is at the forefront of our business development efforts. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and outreach to maintain momentum in our sales pipeline. You’ll be reaching out to potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities to support our growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research, identify, and reach out to new business prospects.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential clients through regular touchpoints.
  • Manage outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate meetings and move sales opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop tailored outreach strategies for each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Track and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities using our CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Support the development of new business strategies, including market research and competitive analysis.

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or relationship-building role (advertising or marketing agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and a basic understanding of sales pipelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth, learning, and teamwork.
