We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant to ensure flawless client onboarding experiences for our legal accounting software in the mid-market law firm space. In this role, you are a key member of the Professional Services team, and you will play an important role in successfully helping SurePoint meet our growth goals by allowing the organization to maximize resources in successfully onboarding a steady increase in clients monthly.   

Requirements
  • Implement our Legal Accounting software using proven and effective implementation techniques. 
  • Carry out project tasks and ensure timely completion of key milestones.  
  • Consult with clients on their business requirements to ensure that our products meet their needs. 
  • Provide consultation to clients from preliminary phase through go live and month’s end close processes. 
  • Understand client needs from the planning phase and translating that into the correct set up in our software.  
  • Promote adoption and understanding of our technology to clients so they can reach maximum productivity.  
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders, sometimes across functions, to ensure a successful implementation.  
  • Operate like a small business, meeting utilization target with clients. Work independently without oversight. 
  • Address client issues in a timely manner and help guide client training and issue resolution. 
  • Work with internal project teams to gather requirements, iterate on client feedback, and champion best-practices.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%.  

Skills & Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an implementation role in a technology company (legal and/or accounting experience along with a SaaS model preferred).
  • Through internal training, must become knowledgeable about accounting and financial terminology and legal management software capabilities. 
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with Microsoft Suite, basic SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Flexibility and organizational skills within our deadline-driven and time-sensitive environment.
