Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is $56,000 yearly.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and management of internal and external events, including logistics such as venue selection, ticket sales, and guest lists.
- Coordinate event entertainment, including securing music, performers, and guest speakers.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and venues while staying within budget and managing invoices.
- Solicit auction items and sponsorships to enhance event offerings.
- Manage day-of-event operations, including problem-solving, guest welcome, staff communication, and vendor organization.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to marketing efforts.
- Assist with donor management, including sending thank-you notes, updating the donor database, and creating donation reports for internal meetings.

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of relative experience required.
- 3 years of experience with marketing, social media management, and event planning is essential.
- 2 years experience with campaign management and CRM software is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools is preferred (ie Squarespace, Google Suite, Canva, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Must demonstrate organization, ability to prioritize, deadline management, attention to detail, teamwork, copywriting, vendor management, marketing knowledge or applicable experience.
- Must exhibit initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks.
