We seek a motivated and friendly Dental Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us continue providing top-notch service. This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm.
Position Overview: As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will be our patients' first point of contact, ensuring they receive outstanding care and support from the moment they enter our practice until their visit concludes. This role requires excellent communication skills, compassion, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the calendar efficiently.
- Verify patient information and update records accurately.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, treatment plans, and financial options.
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing and payments.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and reminders.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Salary Range: $20 to $23 per hour

- Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dental software and basic office applications. (Denticon a PLUS)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
