What we are looking for:

Position in the Analyst Services department. Responsible for generating specifications for and coordinating development and delivery of custom report requests and ensuring clients are well versed on Jaspersoft functionality in time for conversion. Co-leads projects with other Analysts and handles multiple reports conversion projects as well as supporting requests from existing clients aa well as supporting quarterly report documentation releases. 

Requirements

· Responsible for determining the custom reports needed for each client. Vets report lists, gathers supporting information, and works directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements.

· Works closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered, JIRA tickets are in correct statuses, and maintain steady progress on client delivery.

· Facilitates client meetings and responsible for ensuring all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes. Manages client expectations effectively.

· Responsible for learning, understanding, and practicing basic concepts of the following functionality: standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary and being able to facilitate training on these subjects.

· Demonstrates a high level of organization to ensure clients are sufficiently supported and internal communication is kept current, including maintaining all JIRA tickets with current statuses.

· Interacts with clients and internal resources with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to maintain effective and fruitful partnerships.

· Follows established team procedures.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:  

Requires at least 2 years of similar or related experience. Credit Union/Banking operational experience is strongly preferred. 


Education

 (1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training. 


Pay Range:

Range depends on geographic metro / zone, budget, and experience.
