  • Pay: Calculated based on years of licensed experience
    • Fully-Licensed | Range starts at $70,000 annually
    • Under-Licensed | Range starts at $60,000 annually
  • Schedule: Creative & Flexible Schedules
    • Traditional: Mon - Fri | 8a - 5p
    • Opportunity for 4 10-hour days
  • Retention Sign-on Bonus!

Job Summary & Deliverables

The ideal therapist is a motivated self-starter with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude, a compassionate and empathetic individual with a genuine passion. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing situations.

  • Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
  • Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
  • Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment.
  • Collaborates on client care priorities with Valley’s multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborates with community partners to meet client and programming objectives
  • Assists with program support needs as necessary
Requirements
  • Master’s degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, CSW-I, LMSW licensure in State of Utah
  • CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
  • Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
