ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT

The Clinical Director oversees all aspects of clinical management and administration for Onsite’s short-term therapeutic workshops and intensives. This position directs clinical programming, is instrumental in recruiting and retaining our therapeutic guides (clinicians), manages the full-time clinical team and is the quarterback for a high-performing clinical environment that transforms the lives of dozens of clients weekly. Working closely with the Programming team, this role has a direct connection to the overall success of our workshop and intensive programs.

ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE: 

• Develop and craft new clinical programs and special projects at Onsite which augments our existing clinical output and puts the organization in a position to take advantage of emerging trends, clinical science, methodologies and modalities 
• Deliver persuasive and convincing educational lectures to clients and be seen as a thought-leader as we work to engender feelings of trust, responsibility and safety with our clients combined with world-class therapeutic experiences
• Provide periodic individual or group clinical supervision to therapists, non-licensed therapists and clinical interns as needed; provide supervision for weekly programs as needed
• At times, this position will facilitate individual, couple family and group counseling as needed and facilitate high profile and other sensitive intensives as required
• Be the face of the clinical output for our clients including managing feedback and issues from unsatisfied clients and operates as a customer service leader 
• This role will require a need to be highly flexible, on call and often on-premises during the weekends as the majority of our workshops and intensives are held Thursday through Tuesday evening
