Location: Downtown Portland and Beaverton Cedar Hills Corporate Offices
Hourly Rate: $23-$28/hr (DOE)
Schedule: FT, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40
Additional Compensation: A monthly $75.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator
- Assist the HR team to deliver an outstanding candidate experience through greeting candidates and ensuring we respond to them in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate new hire process from hiring request through onboarding using ATS.
- Coordinate new-hire background checks and skills assessment.
- Assist in the scheduling of candidate onsite, virtual and phone interviews.
- Update candidate records with scheduling updates in ATS.
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Track recruiting activities and provide weekly status updates.
- Data management – ensure all data is accurate and updated within expected timeframes.
- Maintain confidential personnel files by electronically filing all documents within 24 hours.
- Generate metrics reports for internal use, meetings, and leadership distribution.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in human resources.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS and Calendar management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette with a customer-focused attitude.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Always maintain confidentiality, exercising good judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a positive attitude, professionalism and strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity.
- A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
