Mammoth Holdings is in search of friendly and motivated team members to fill the position of Member Services Representative.

As a Member Services Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team and in most cases be the face of Mammoth

Holdings by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Potential candidates must be friendly, able to multitask, and have a strong work ethic. We are also looking for someone with proficient organizational skills , attention to detail, and time management. Active listening and communication skills (written and verbal) are imperative for success in this role.

Schedule:

  •  Full Time
  • Monday - Saturday
  • Must be available for rotating Saturdays


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all member and non member interactions through:
  • Phones
  • Email
  • Text Messaging
  • Social Media
  • Live Chat
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and managing the call according to training.
  • Accurately enter customers and claim information into the system database.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Making sure every aspect of our customer service process is completed and each customer is satisfied. 
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism through the way you dress, carry yourself and interact with team members.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and can think and react quickly, especially in times of distress for customers.
  • Explaining the ins and outs of our membership programs across 13+ brands
  • Aligns with departmental focus and goals regarding customer retention.
  • Ability to navigate customer situations with critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Ability to to seek help and/or escalate to a more senior role.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures precisely as described.
  • Derives all necessary information from the customer to update the database.
  • Motivated to continuously improve!
Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior experience with telephone-based customer service is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required
  • Experience with all aspects of the Google apps program and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to perform routine support tasks such as, membership management, answering of multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience managing challenging or emotional situations in a calm, polite and professional manner
  • Demonstrated communication abilities with management, team members, and customers.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
