- Lead the Charge: Oversee all construction activities, driving projects to completion on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Be the Job Site Conductor: Supervise job sites with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and seamless collaboration with trade partners, inspectors, and homeowners.
- Master the Materials: Efficiently manage ordering, inventory, and cost control to keep projects running smoothly and on budget.
- Stay on Schedule: Ensure every project meets company timelines, safety protocols, and waste management guidelines.
- Inspire the Team: Guide, train, and motivate production assistants to excel, fostering a supportive and high-energy team atmosphere.
- Champion Homeowner Experience: Keep communication flowing with homeowners, providing weekly updates and top-notch customer service throughout the process.
- Coordinate and Connect: Seamlessly manage utility installations, inspections, and all site operations to keep every build moving forward without a hitch.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1(one) year of project management experience
- Construction or related industry experience, preferred
- Previous experience in a production role or similar capacity, preferred
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of supervisory experience.
- Must use personal large vehicle (such as a truck) for job-related tasks. If you do not currently own a suitable vehicle, you will be expected to purchase one within 90 days of your start date.
- Valid driver's license
