We are currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager.


Position Summary: Support the Club Manager and gym operations through administrative activities and team support. Help build a culture where we can all learn more, dream more, and be more. Work under the strict supervision of the Gym Manager.

  • Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
  • Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions.
  • Assist in the interviewing and hiring of talented team members weekly.
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to our club members.
  • Ensure the club meets all cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
Requirements
  • Customer service - responds promptly to team members' needs and member requests for service and assistance and anticipates the needs of the studio, teammates, and members.
  • High energy with a successful ability to motivate people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address/respond in a clear, concise, and respectful manner.
  • Independent thinker – the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Effective decision-making – the ability to evaluate the possible outcomes and consequences of a decision.
