We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mortgage Banker join New Horizon Bank team.

• Evaluate and analyze clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan products. 
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. 
• Educate clients about various mortgage options, interest rates, and payment plans. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. 
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process and beyond.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience as a Mortgage Banker or in a similar role.
•  Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination processes.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Proficient in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., NMLS) are preferred.
